CIECH Group is interested in purchasing fine coal in the attached specification. We invite you to submit offers.

Below are the details:

1. Specification: details of the specification in the appendix. Please attach the quality parameters of the offered coal in the scope given in the attached specification (if it is not fully met).

2. Recipient: CIECH Soda Polska S.A., address: ul. Fabryczna 4, 88-101 Inowrocław, places of delivery: station 019 091 Janikowo, station 018 838 Inowrocław Rąbinek.

3. Quantities of demand and delivery period: up to 60 000t in June and July 2024 .

4. Please submit an offer through Logintrade Platform. When submitting your offer, please attach a scanned copy of the offer signed by a person authorized to represent your company in accordance with the National Court Register or on the basis of a valid power of attorney, along with the registration data of the Company submitting the offer.

5. CIECH Group is interested in valuation:

- Coal - price for 1 GJ, FCA place of loading or CIF Polish Ports (vessels from 10-13 thousand tonners net (max 15 000 DWT)  rate 5-6kt/day SSHEX or 30 to 75 thousand tonners net rate min 10-12kt/day – other port conditions to be discussed).

6. In case of FCA offer, CIECH will receive cargo by railway trains, number of tonnes in the train: 2300-2350 tonnes (40 wagons). CIECH Group requires loading time 24h as per the above-mentioned stations.

7. The deadline for submitting offers expires according to information on Logintrade Platform.

8. Payment term: 120 days from the date of delivery, obligatory reverse factoring.

9. The CIECH Group reserves the right to negotiate offers (by e-mail / by phone / auction) before the final selection.

10. The CIECH Group reserves the right to select the most advantageous offers from the tenderers in any quantitative range.

11. The CIECH Group expects absolute acceptance of the conditions described in the attachment "Formal requirements for participation in the procurement procedure.pdf" and CONTRACTUAL CLAUSES OF THE CIECH GROUP.

12. By submitting his offer in this procedure, the Bidder simultaneously accepts the above and below conditions and acknowledges the information provided.

13. The submitted offers are binding.
